Adrian and his team turned up when they said they would, got to work immediately and did the job like true professionals. Contacted Adrian to say my work had been completed and he promptly removed scaffolding. Will definitely use him for any further work and can highly recommend him and his team.Posted on Google![]()

A-Z scaffolding Adrian and his team were professional and very respectful. They provided great scaffold access over our conservatory and to the front of house to provide safe access to under both take roofing work and mock Tudor board replacement. They responded early to provide the initial quote and came when they said they would to both erect and dismantle the scaffolds. I would definitely use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them to provide your scaffolding requirements.Posted on Google![]()

A full-frontage scaffold to a four-to-five-storey brick apartment block in Pontefract, stepping up with the building’s varying roof heights.
A central vehicle archway leads through the building to the residents’ car park and had to stay open. The frontage sits directly on the public footpath, and the rooflines change height along the building.
Lattice beams bridge the archway so the scaffold spans it without a single standard in the passage. Lifts step with the rooflines, with staggered loading bays, ladder access through yellow safety gates, a boarded roof-level lift with mesh brick guards, and high-visibility sleeves on every standard at footpath level.
Full access to the frontage and roofline for the trades above, while residents kept vehicle access to their car park and pedestrians kept the footpath.
Tube-and-fitting guard rails installed along the roof edges of containerised generator units at an industrial site in Knottingley, providing edge protection for crews working on the plant above.
The equipment sits on top of the containers with no permanent edge protection — radiators, exhaust flues, pipework and control cabinets all in the way — on a working site where the units had to stay where they were.
Handrails were run along every exposed edge and fitted around the existing plant rather than through it, with a tied ladder and a safety gate giving controlled access up the side of each container.
A continuous protected edge at height for maintenance and inspection work, installed without moving or dismantling any of the equipment.
Scaffolding to the front, side and rear of a rendered semi-detached house in Otley, erected for a local roofing contractor working on the roof and roofline.
A narrow passage runs between the house and its neighbour, the rear opens onto a raised deck with planting and steps, and overhead cables cross the frontage.
A boarded lift at eaves level runs right around the working elevations, with a yellow ladder safety gate for access. The side run was kept tight to the wall so the passage stayed usable, and the rear scaffold steps around the lower extension and decking.
Continuous access to the full roofline on three sides, with the household keeping use of the side passage and rear doors throughout.
Scaffolding to all elevations of a three-storey brick semi in Horbury, erected for a local roofing contractor working on the dormers and roofline.
Three storeys with dormer windows set into the roof slope, a tall blank gable to one side, a narrow shared passage on the other, and standards landing on lawn and paving rather than a hard yard.
A boarded lift sits just below the dormers for roof access, with a braced tower carried up the gable end and sole boards under the standards to spread the load on soft ground. A single-width run threads down the side passage and keeps it clear underneath.
Safe working access at dormer and ridge height on all four sides, with the lawn, paths and neighbouring boundary protected.
Scaffolding for a single-storey new build near Pontefract, following the build from blockwork and brickwork through to the timber roof structure going on.
A semi-rural plot with stone boundary walls, established lawn and planting to protect, and a structure that changed shape as each stage went up.
A boarded working platform at eaves height runs along the walls, braced back to the ground on timber sole pads to spread the load on soft ground and set clear of the boundary walls. Ladder access with a safety gate serves the platform, and lifts were adapted as the roof structure went on.
Safe access at each stage for bricklayers and roof carpenters, with the finished grounds and boundary walls left undamaged.
A full wrap scaffold to the eaves of a rendered detached house on a street corner in Knottingley, providing safe access for work to the roofline.
The house sits on a corner with a public footpath along two sides, a telegraph pole and overhead cables right at the corner, and a large tree overhanging one elevation.
Standards on the footpath were fitted with high-visibility sleeves, and the scaffold was planned around the pole and cables. The top lift is fully boarded with mesh brick guards for roof-edge protection, and a rubbish chute takes debris safely down to ground level.
Safe roofline access on every elevation, with the footpath kept usable and debris kept off the street.
